Management & HOA Records

Official HOA Management Information

The official Crighton Ridge HOA website includes a Management page explaining the role of the HOA, the Board of Directors, and IMC Property Management.

According to the official page, IMC serves as a central contact point for community issues, helps with day-to-day operations, maintains records and files, coordinates services, helps prepare budgets, receives and directs correspondence, and attends Board and Annual Meetings.

The official page also explains that residents should contact management for common-area issues such as entrance or park lighting, common-area sprinklers, common-area structures, landscaping equipment damage, and common-area fencing.

This homeowner-published site links to the official management page for convenience so residents can find the HOA’s posted management information, contact pathway, and state-required Management Certificate.

Why this matters to homeowners

Management companies assist the Board, but they do not replace the Board. The Board remains responsible for Association decisions, budgets, contracts, records, policies, assessments, enforcement direction, and homeowner accountability.

When management is used as the primary communication filter, homeowners should still be able to access records, ask questions, attend open meetings, and receive clear answers from the elected Board.
